Sheriff's Narcotics Invesigators Arrest Suspect for Possession for Sales of Methamphetamine

Information on methamphetamine sales led to the arrest of George Flasch for possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of an illegal assault rifle.


Narcotics Investigators received information from multiple sources that George Flasch was selling methamphetamine from his residence in the 100 block of Olive Street in the City of Santa Paula. During surveillance, Flasch was seen to conduct narcotics sales. A Search Warrant was obtained for Flasch and his residence.


On October 30, 2014, Flasch was stopped as he left his residence. During the subsequent Search Warrant at the residence, investigators located 3 ounces of methamphetamine, 10 rifles, 1 of which was deemed an illegal assault weapon, 2 handguns, 1500 rounds of ammunition and over $1,600.00 in cash. Flasch was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of an assault rifle.


The West County Street Team is made up of Sheriff's Office, Santa Paula Police Department, and the Oxnard Police Department narcotics detectives working cooperatively in the investigation of narcotics offenses occurring in the western portion of Ventura County.
