The Thousand Oaks Police Department is now offering an additional location for the public to drop of un-used or unwanted prescriptions for destruction.   


The Police Resource Center located at the Thousand Oaks City Hall will be open for prescription collection Monday ' Thursday and every other Friday from 8 A.M to 4:30 P.M.  The public can contact the Resource Center directly at 805-449-2760 for information or directions.


Prescriptions are also collected at the Thousand Oaks Police Station located at 2101 East Olsen Road Monday- Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. 


Syringes are not accepted at either location.
