On March 10, 2015, Rio Mesa High School conducted random searches of vehicles parked on school property using Gold Coast K9. The Sheriff's School Resource Officer at Rio Mesa High accompanied the K9 team. 


The K9 alerted to a vehicle owned by 18 year old Vincent Jacquez-Montejano, a Senior at Rio Mesa.   A search of the vehicle and trunk revealed just under 11ounces of packaged marijuana and items related to marijuana sales. 


Vincent Jacquez-Montejano was arrested and booked for possession of marijuana for sale and transportation of marijuana.  His bail was set at $20,000.00.  Jacquez-Montejano will be arraigned on March 12, 2015 at 1:30 PM.
