On August 14, 2015 at 2:00 AM, Camarillo deputies arrested a burglary suspect inside of the T-Mobile store on Ventura Boulevard, in the city of Camarillo.

On August 14, 2015, at approximately 1:00 in the morning, Sheriff's dispatch received an alarm call from the T-Mobile store.  The alarm company told the dispatcher they were monitoring the store's surveillance video and could see one suspect inside of the store.

Deputies from the Camarillo Police station were dispatched to the scene and immediately set-up a perimeter around the building and requested the assistance of a K-9 unit.  Once a K-9 unit from the Oxnard Police Department arrived on scene, deputies made several announcements for the suspect to come out of the store.  Victor Florentino ultimately came out of the store and surrendered to the deputies.

Deputies searched the store with the assistance of the Oxnard PD K-9 unit.  Deputies found that Florentino entered the store from the roof.  They also located a bag containing cellular telephones and cellular telephone accessories.  Florentino admitted he entered the store to steal cellular telephones.  There were no other suspects located and investigators believe Florentino acted alone.  Florentino's car was also located in the area of the crime.

Florentino was booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for one count of commercial burglary and possession of burglary tools.  His bail has not been determined at this time.
