Narrative:

On the weekend of January 23, 2016, members of the public assisted the Moorpark Police Department / Ventura County Sheriff's Office in the arrest of both Brian Campbell and Pedrito Vicente for failing to register as sex offenders.  Campbell, a convicted sex offender for possession of child pornography, had been out of compliance since November of 2015.  Vicente, a convicted sex offender for two counts of child molestation, had been out of compliance since March of 2015.

Both Campbell and Vicente had previously met their registration requirements when they provided accurate information upon their release from custody for the aforementioned convictions.  However since their release, both had moved to different addresses and failed to disclose those addresses to local law enforcement.  Both Vicente and Campbell were also arrested for additional outstanding warrants.

The public is encouraged to report any and all suspicious activity especially if they believe a sex offender may be out of compliance with their registration.
