Narrative:

 

During the dates of January 5-13, 2016, a resident of the unincorporated area of Ventura County/Ojai reported being a victim of mail theft.   Included in the stolen mail was a Costco American Express credit card.

 

Detectives from the Ojai Station began investigating this crime.  It was determined that this stolen credit card was used at various locations throughout the cities of Ventura, Oxnard, and Camarillo.  Video of the suspect using the stolen credit card was obtained from Target stores located in Camarillo and Oxnard (River Park location).  

 

Attached is one of the video surveillance clips showing the suspect exiting the Camarillo Target store after purchasing merchandise with the stolen credit card.  The Ventura County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in possibly identifying the suspect and/or providing information regarding this crime.
