Narrative:

The city of Thousand Oaks Police Department has a long standing 'Zero Tolerance' approach to gang activity.  During the month of August 2016, members and associates of a Thousand Oaks Criminal Street Gang committed several gang related crimes within the city of Thousand Oaks.  These crimes consisted of a robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of dangerous weapons.  The Thousand Oaks Police Department's Special Enforcement Unit conducted an investigation and identified several suspects involved with these felonious gang crimes.

On the morning of September 2, 2016, the Thousand Oaks Police Department's Special Enforcement and Directed Enforcement Units, the Sheriff's Gang Unit and Camarillo Special Enforcement Detail served search warrants at three residences in the city of Thousand Oaks.  The search warrants yielded evidence related to several gang related crimes and four suspects were arrested.  Hector Delgado, Bryan Pahua and Sergio Yudico were all arrested for felony possession of dangerous weapons charges for the benefit of a criminal street gang.  Nelson Felipe was arrested for Robbery and Assault with Deadly Weapon charges for the benefit of a criminal street gang.  All four were booked into the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention facility.
