On 08/09/2016 at approximately 12:45 PM, several friends drove and parked their vehicle in the area of Matilija Canyon Road and Highway 33.  They parked and locked their vehicle along the roadway and went hiking for a few hours.   When the parties returned, they discovered they had been victims of a vehicle burglary.  The driver's side window of their vehicle had been smashed and one of the parties had her purse stolen that contained her credit cards.

Detectives from the Ojai Station began investigating this crime.  It was discovered that the victim's stolen credit card was used at a Walmart store in the city of Ventura the same day (08/09/2016).  Video of the suspects using the stolen credit card was obtained from the Walmart store.  Two female suspects are seen in the video using the stolen credit card.  In addition, they are seen leaving the store in a white Ford F-150 pick-up truck.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance with possibly identifying these thieves in the attached still photographs of the suspects and their vehicle.
