Narrative:  

Information about methamphetamine sales led to the arrest of Mark Jessop-Ellis for narcotics sales related charges.  John Jessop-Ellis, Paul Wallet, Michael Smith and Tasha Becchio were all arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

 

During this investigation, detectives received information Mark Jessop-Ellis was selling methamphetamine in the City of Ventura.  Detectives conducted their investigation and during that time, completed several purchases of methamphetamine from Mark Jessop-Ellis.  On October 11, 2016, detectives arrested Mark Jessop-Ellis and served a search warrant at his residence in the 1400 Block of Poli Street in the City of Ventura.  Detectives located methamphetamine, psilocybin (mushrooms), marijuana, packaging, and scales   Based on the amount of narcotic ingestion devices and related discarded packaging items located around the residence, it appeared the residence was maintained for the purpose of drug use and sales. 

 

Mark Jessop-Ellis was arrested and booked into the Ventura County Jail on charges of being in possession of controlled substances for sale.  John Jessop-Ellis, Wallet, Smith, and Becchio were all arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and booked into the Ventura County Jail.
