On 3/29/0212, Camarillo Patrol Officers responded to a local hotel for a call of a kidnapping involving an adult female.  Everardo Deltoro, a former boyfriend of the victim, had been stalking the victim, which caused her to go into hiding.  Deltoro was able to locate the victim at the hotel and broke down the victim's locked hotel room door.  He then forcibly dragged her from the room, pulling her down the hallway, before a family member of the victim intervened.  Deltoro fled from the area in his vehicle. 


Later in the morning, Deltoro was located in the city of Oxnard by the Oxnard Police Department, placed under arrest, and turned over to Camarillo Patrol deputies to continue the investigation. 


Deltoro was booked at the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility for 459 PC, burglary, 273.5PC, domestic violence, 273.6 PC, violation of a domestic court order, 207 PC, kidnapping and 646.9 PC, stalking.  Bail was set at $210,000.00


Members of Camarillo Police Department special enforcement and detective bureaus assisted with the investigation.
