Detectives from the Camarillo Police Department arrested the two suspects listed above for robbing two adult male victims, outside a Ralph's grocery store.


On 07/25/17, at about 10:00 p.m. two victims were attacked and robbed of personal property by the two suspects listed above.  The robbery took place just outside the Ralphs Supermarket on Las Posas Road, in Camarillo.  The incident began by a suspect asking to use the victim's iPhone.  After using the iPhone, the suspect refused to return it to the victim. There were no weapons used during the attack, however, one of the victim's was knocked unconscious while being attacked by the suspects.  That victim was transported via ambulance to a local hospital where he was treated and released. 


During the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspects as Camarillo resident Joshua Lugo, and a 16 year old juvenile from Oxnard.  Both were located by Camarillo detectives and arrested without incident for P.C. 211 P.C.


The victim's stolen iPhone was recovered during the arrest.   Lugo was booked at the Sheriff's Main Jail and the juvenile was lodged at The Ventura County Juvenile Hall.
