On September 4, 2017, at approximately 1716 hours, deputies responded to a domestic incident that occurred near the 200 block of West Ponderosa Drive in the City of Camarillo.  Upon arrival, deputies discovered a male victim had suffered significant injuries after a vehicle ran him over while he was standing on the sidewalk.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as the victim's spouse, Roberta Felix.  Statements from the victim and witnesses suggested the suspect purposely ran over the victim during a domestic dispute. 


Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Bureau responded and examined the crime scene.  After conducting the investigation, examining the evidence, and interviewing witnesses, investigators determined Roberta Felix intentionally ran over her husband.  Roberta Felix was booked at the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility for PC 664/187 ' Attempted Murder and is currently in custody with a $500,000 bail.
