The juvenile suspects were arrested after a short vehicle pursuit that ended in the area of Hillcrest Drive and Marin Drive when the driver rolled the stolen car onto its side.

Sheriff's Dispatch received a call for help from the victims on Tuesday night at approximately 11:45 PM.  The victim's reported that the suspects surrounded them on the street and demanded they empty their pockets.  No weapons were displayed or used.  The victims complied and gave the suspects their personal property.

The suspects fled westbound on Thousand Oaks Boulevard in the stolen Range Rover.  The vehicle was later discovered to have been stolen on August 12, 2013 from Oxnard CA.  Patrol officers responding to the call spotted the vehicle and attempted to stop it.  The suspects refused to pull over, and a brief vehicle pursuit took place, which ended in a traffic collision in the area of Hillcrest Drive and Marin Drive.

Four juvenile suspects were arrested and evidence related to the crime was recovered.  The juveniles are all being lodged in Juvenile Hall pending the review of this case by the District Attorney's Office.
