In May and June of 2013, police received two calls regarding an unknown adult male seen entering the women's locker room and shower area at the Gilbert Sports Arena at California Lutheran University (CLU).  This suspect was seen watching ladies bathing in the shower and was later seen exposing himself.

On September 4, 2013, after a three month investigation, the Thousand Oaks Police Department followed-up on several leads which led them to a residence relatively close to CLU. Detectives identified David Tenebaum as being the possible suspect wanted for these lewd acts.  During an infield interview with Tenenbaum, Detective Marty Luna obtained incriminating statements tying Tenenbaum to these crimes.

This case will be submitted to the District Attorney's Office for review and filing.
