The body found near Price Road in Somis has been identified as Moises Azpeitia Garcia, a resident of Oxnard.   Moises's death was determined to be a homicide.  Sheriff's investigators encourage anyone who may have seen Garcia on September 6th or early on September 7th, or who may have any other information to contact Major Crimes Detective Jose Lopez at (805) 797-7118 or (805) 384-4723.
