Over the past several months, an unknown suspect has stolen credit cards and cash out of women's purses while they attended church services. The suspect then used the credit cards to make fraudulent purchases at local stores. The crimes have been occurring in churches in the Thousand Oaks, Camarillo and Simi Valley area.


The suspect has committed the crimes during the services and at times while parishioners were attending communion and leaving their purses behind. 


Thousand Oaks Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in the attached pictures, which are believed to be the same suspect in all the thefts. Police Investigators also believe the thefts may have occurred at other churches in the area. The suspect is described as follows:


-White male in his early twenties

-Possibly having blue eyes

-Thin build (160 lbs)

-Height  - 5'-8'' 5'-10'

-Light brown hair
