Patrol units arrived and discovered a two-vehicle accident. The preliminary investigation revealed that a 1997 Toyota Camry, driven by a male adult was eastbound on Pleasant Valley Road when it was broadsided by a 2002 Cadillac sedan as the driver of the Toyota began to pass another car, lost control, and turned in front of the Cadillac traveling in the opposite direction.
