Ryan Cramer (age 31) was arrested for a variety of theft related charges after being linked to several vehicle burglaries from the Time Warner property in Newbury Park. 


Over the past month, employees from Time Warner reported numerous burglaries to vehicles parked on their property. On 2/12/14, Cramer was stopped by deputies for a traffic violation. During the stop, Cramer was found to have numerous items that belonged to the Time Warner Company in his vehicle. When deputies attempted to arrest Cramer, he fled before being apprehended a short distance away.


Further investigation revealed that Cramer was involved in the additional burglaries that occurred on the Time Warner property before selling the property in the Los Angeles area.


He was booked into Ventura County Jail on several felony theft charges and resisting arrest.
