Newbury Park resident, Eric Anderson, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale.


On 2/19/2014, Sheriff's Narcotics investigators completed a 2 month investigation into reports of methamphetamine sales occurring in the 1800 block of Galway Lane in Newbury Park. The investigation determined that Eric Anderson was selling methamphetamine from his residence.  A search warrant was obtained and Anderson was stopped near Westlake Blvd. and found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine.  The subsequent search of his residence revealed approximately 3 ounces of methamphetamine and a handgun.  Anderson was arrested and booked into the Sheriff's Main Jail for possession of methamphetamine for sale.
