Rodriguez is being held on a violation of his parole while the investigation into today's incident continues. While deputies searched the neighborhood with the assistance of two K-9's and a helicopter, officials at the Peach Hill Academy placed the school on lockdown as a precaution and eventually allowed students to be released to their parents prior to the end of the school session.
