The Thousand Oaks Boys and Girls Club has been the victim of several burglaries over a four week time span. In response to these burglaries, Thousand Oaks Police Bike Patrol personnel conducted surveillance at the location.


On March 27, 2014, at about 12:00 AM, Joshua was observed forcing his way into the Boys and Girls Club.  As officers attempted to detain Joshua, he fled on foot.  Joshua was apprehended a short distance from the location.


Joshua was arrested on four counts of commercial burglary and booked at the East County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.00
