Narrative:

An adult male and two male juveniles were arrested for vandalizing a pedestrian walkway located under Highway 101 in the area of the Mobil Oil Piers.

On April 17, 2014 at approximately 1042 hours, Sheriff's Dispatch was notified of three male subjects spray painting (vandalism/tagging) a pedestrian walkway under Highway 101.  Headquarters patrol units responded and upon their arrival, a deputy watched the three males actively vandalizing the interior of a pedestrian walkway.  After witnessing the vandalism, the deputy intercepted the three subjects as they walked away from the scene.

After further investigation, Reyes was arrested for Vandalism, Conspiracy, Possession of Graffiti Tools, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.  Reyes was booked into the Ventura County Main Jail.
