Narrative:

 

A 14 year old girl said she was walking in the area when she was confronted by an unknown adult male, possibly a transient.  The juvenile was able to flee the area and was uninjured. 

 

The suspect is described as white male, 60-70 years old, stocky build, no shirt, grey pants, and red ball cap.

 

Investigators are asking for public's help.   Anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed the event or the suspect are asked to contact Detective Eric Taylor at 805 371-8397.
