On 5-31-14 the Directed Enforcement Bike Team contacted Rehm inside his parked vehicle at the Rancho Conejo Playfields. Rehm was smoking a synthetic substance known on the street as 'Spice.' Rehm was found to be in possession of a loaded shotgun. The shotgun had been stolen during a recent residential burglary in Thousand Oaks. Rehm admitted to committing the burglary. Rehm was charged with PC 459 / Burglary, and PC 25850(c)(2) / Carry loaded firearm with the knowledge it was stolen.
