MARIO MEZA
Murder

On November 18, 2003, officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to the Meza residence in Oxnard, California. Upon their arrival, they found Albert Montecinos dead at the location. Mr. Montecinos had been shot three times in the back. On December 9, 2003,
Mario Meza was charged with murder.
